Our standard shipping procedure is to send product via UPS three-day ground service. The meat is shipped frozen, in a Styrofoam shipper, packed in dry ice.  You will be billed actual UPS shipping costs.

If you prefer overnight, two day service or fresh, never frozen, product please contact us directly.  We do offer these services when possible for an additional charge.
