Join us in Flagstaff

Come join us for the MSLC Annual Meeting in beautiful Flagstaff, Arizona, July 14-16th.

We will kick off the meeting Wednesday evening at 7:00 pm with a welcoming reception sponsored by JBS Lamb.  Weather permitting this will be held outside in the hotel gazebo.

Thursday, will be the annual business meeting, with informative updates on the Co-op and Mountain States Rosen, and ample opportunity for your questions and input.  Plan to join us for this important meeting.

A very special evening is planned at the Tine and Shirley Auza residence on the edge of Flagstaff.  They have a beautiful, well-equipped outdoor facility.  Nugget International will sponsor a social hour followed by grilled lamb and all the fixings.

Friday, we have contracted with TourWest America for a premium bus tour of an Auza Sheep Grazing operation and the Grand Canyon.  Our  Grand Canyon Loop will take us to all the spots in the Grand Canyon Village, along the south rim and out the east exit where we will stop at Desert View, Watchtower, and a Navajo trading post. We will wrap up the day with a banquet dinner at the hotel that evening, featuring delicious Lamb Osso Bucco.

If you have not yet made your room reservations, please call the Radisson Woodlands Hotel at 1-800-395-7046 or go online at www.radisson.com/mslamb.  Rooms are $104 per night plus tax.  Our block of rooms will be held only until June 22, so reservations need to be made.

Enclosed is a meeting reservation form.  The cost is $145 per person, which includes meeting costs, meals, bus tour, and admission into the park.  Contact the office for children’s rates.  Please help us keep costs down and get accurate meal counts by returning your registration by July 3, via mail, email or fax.  Please include your payment or credit card information with your registration.

Flagstaff, AZ has an elevation of 7,000 feet and an average high temperature of 82 degrees in July, so we recommend you pack a light jacket and do not forget your camera!  If you have any questions about the annual meeting or Flagstaff, please give us a call at the office.
